Describe the problem:
When I try to link my Wirex wallet by entering the ETH, XLM and BTC deposit addresses from the wirex app, all show 0 balances and 0 transactions on koinly.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I transfered most of the funds into my Wirex wallet using the federated XLM address. I tried entering the corresponding deposit addresses on Koinly, but it didn’t work.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried the non-federated XLM address that wirex gives. However, this just results in Koinly detected every XLM transaction to/from Wirex from every user.
