What's the recommended way to merge a manual wallet with a new API driven one?

The problem is I have been previously using a manual Harmony One wallet and just adding transaction myself, but now the Harmony One chain is implemented I would like to switch to using the API to pull in data.

So do I

  • Create a new automated Harmony One wallet and pull in all past transactions and then re link everything till my manual wallet is empty?
    OR
  • Create a new automated Harmony One wallet and pull in only NEW transactions from today, and then create a set of transfers to move the balances from my old wallet to the new one?

Or is there a better way?

I have manual wallets for FTM, AVAX, MOONRIVER and ONE that I would like to move so doing this the right/best way from the outset is important. Especially as I have a lot of transactions on the FTM network. I was starting with ONE as its the chain I have the least action on.

Cheers,
Duncan

It doesnt seem to be implemented completely. You’ll still need manual edits.

You can always import manually to an API wallet. If you still have the original source data it might be best to: make a new wallet, set the start date to today, import the old transactions. Then you can delete the old wallet.
