Voyager users forced to use coinledger

Voyager users for this year are forced to use Coinledger to get their transaction information.
While we can download these transactions to .csv, they are not recognized by Koinly.

How should we proceed with these files to get Koinly to properly acknowledge these transactions?

I have come to learn of this too internally and would ask that you contact us via our messaging platform on koinly.io

We will examine the csv to see if we can map it so it can be ready by Koinly.
