Voyager transaction CSV files

Koinly is not accepting the CSV file I downloaded from my Voyager account.

I then reformatted it according to the Koinly tutorial’s template and resubmitted, but still no luck.

As far as I can tell I did everything according to the instructions.

Has anyone had this problem and found a way to resolve it?

I was able to resolve this by requesting a new file from Voyager. The old file was not formatted properly but the new file was accepted by the Koinly software.

Is this the only way to integrate Voyager with Koinly ?
