Unable to sync Yoroi wallet

Describe the problem:
I just created a Koinly account and wanted to add my wallets. I tried syncing my Yoroi wallet and the balance shows 0.00.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

This is generally because of using a single address instead of using your xpub. Refer to Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano: No transactions or few txns imported for more information.
