Transaction groups with invalid dates

I have an account with many transactions from several exchanges and many wallets. In the resulting tax report, most of the significant assets’ transactions have been combines into one mega-transaction per asset with “date sold” as 01.01.2021… that is, the first day of the report’s tax year. Which is wildly incorrect, as none of the assets were sold (or acquired) on that date. The “date acquired” is also incorrect, which it would have to be since it has combines hundreds of transactions on different dates into one huge transaction on a seemingly random date.

What assets and exchanges?
Many: ADA, DOT, EGLD, KSM, many many more. Binance, Huobi, KuCoin, et al.

How imported?
CSV

What have you tried so far?
I can’t try anything, as I have no idea where it gets the dates for buy & sell.

This is likely to do with report aggregation. Please refer to the article attached for more info.

If you see crypto disposals on dates you are confident you did not make a transaction then this could be related to a “fee” which was paid in crypto out of one of the “lots” used (depending on cost-basis method chosen).
