I was wondering what I could do to ensure the quantity of my tokens and cost of tokens (BTC and ETH) do not show up nearly double the actual amount? I read that Koinly can sometimes import failed/cancelled transactions if it can’t detect the withdrawal has failed, which I think may be the case. I transferred both BTC and ETH from one wallet to another, and the former wallet on Koinly is still showing the amount as if it hasn’t been transferred. I am having issues tracking down where in my CSV I can isolate the issue so I can make it more accurate.
Is there any way I can get this fixed by looking for a particular tag or label?
