Hello,
we have created a balance 2022 via API from CoinEx. We now have cost’s and exactly this sum again as a trade in the balance sheet on paper. Now we have a difference that does not match the final total. In addition, the “trades” from 2021 have been imported with in the balance sheet 2022. Furthermore, we have not listed these sums (trades) in the category “Transactions”.
How can we solve this problem?

Generally speaking, it is not advised to use both CSV and API import methods to set up a wallet in Koinly which may result in duplicate transactions. Since it is not clear what the issue is and requires further investigation, I suggest you reach out to our support team.
