Struggling to add MEXC exchange data

I tried to do a simple transfer from Gemini to MEXC but am running into all sorts of problems.

I created a new MEXC wallet, but it cannot link to my existing Gemini wallet. I created a transaction of the transfer with the hash ID, but it cannot find the original deposit.

I bought DAI on Gemini and transferred it to MEXC. What is the easiest way to report this?
