I’m sorry to hear there are discrepancies with importing the CSV. This could be due to a few different variables.
The two solutions here would be to confirm your CSV with Koinly’s formatting found about halfway down this custom CSV guide. There you’ll see what headers/columns requirements there are prior to importing. You can manually adjust the file you have, and import again.
