What have you tried to fix this so far? Tried many things - trouble shoot re-sync, trying to slowly expand starting dates, delete and recreate wallet

This generally happens if the address has too many transactions (over 100k). In that case, check out the workaround suggested in Solana (SOL) API: Address has too many transactions.
If this is not the case and you do not have that many transactions, please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat so we can have a closer look.
This one has got more like 9k transactions overall. But at some point may be that’s my only option to get the CSV file. Does the default file from that site work? Any users have any specific feedback on what to expect when we do this please?
