Short-term(< 1yr) / Long term capital gain report

Dear team,
For tax reasons (in India and for some other country), we require Short term capital gain (for asset holding < 1 year old ) and Long-term capital gain report (for asset holding > 1 year) to calculate tax lability. But I cannot find such reports on Koinly. Although, I can manually calculate it if there is a column of Data of asset acquisition in capital gains report, but that column comes out blank for 99% of rows. I have informed this issue to your team, but have got no resolution yet

This is a standard feature on most of the crypto-tax services along with tax-harvesting.
You should seriously do something about this, otherwise people like me will be forced to move unwilling to other services/ platform.

Hi Anant,

As far as I know, the holding period in India is 3 years (I might be wrong).

If you need a report that breaks your gains into 1-year holding periods then we can generate that for you without any issues (only for the years that you have a plan). Just log a ticket with our support team and we’ll get that to you.

The date column should only be showing blank if you are using the ACB cost-basis method. Is that the cost-basis method you are using?
