SafePal Wallet Synch Issue

Describe the problem:

Using my Binance Smart Chain API address for my SafePal wallet, I tried to synch my coin transactions into Koinly and received this message below. Koinly is looking for a Binance Chain wallet address in SafePal, but my Safepal wallet address is BSC, not Binance Chain.

Wallet: SafePal (Binance Chain (BNB))
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

  1. Address is most likely for the Binance Smart Chain, not the Binance Chain
  2. No transactions found

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? SafePal wallet

How did you import data into this wallet? I haven’t yet.

What have you tried to fix this so far? Nothing yet since I can’t change my wallet address to Binance Chain from BSC.
