**Describe the problem: I’m pondering whether I should opt for a plan by koinly - awful api and transaction history importing from binance has made a plan almost pointless by double-pasting and generally getting very incorrect information.
If I buy a plan, can I get support for it - and can I get my money back if I do and it still doesn’t work?
I need urgent help by the support. I’m willing to pay for a plan, but cannot afford to wait days for CS to arrive.

How did you import data into this wallet?
Tried with both API, .tar and importing statements. All yield incorrect or duplicate tax events, among the correct ones.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Trying every method binance has to offer. Really scared I will have to pay a stupid amount of tax because of this.
Contacted binance gave nothing, still waiting for customer support.
CDC imported perfectly into koinly, binance not so much.
