Describe the problem:
Paid for NEWBIE plan $75.90, I can supply an Invoice, tried contacting support on Koinly pages, already explained 5/6 times to the AI to help me reach human support. I tried BTC first time in December for 2 days, didn’t think I had to through all this mess now I’ve done all what was required just to get 2 transactions.

Made payment for plan, but still on (DASHBOARD) that I’m only got/on FREE PLAN. Got Bank Statements and Invoice
