I permanently deleted a transaction and I can’t get it back. It was from a polygon wallet via API. I’ve tried to “resync wallet from beginning” and it didn’t change anything. I can see the missing transaction on polygonscan, but it’s not showing up in Koinly.
Try to delete the entire wallet, wait for Koinly to resync all transactions and calculate your balances, and then recreate your polygon wallet and use the API again. It may solve the problem but you will lose any custom-made changes on that wallet from your side.
If I were you however, I would manually import that transaction myself based on polygon explorer’s information…
You can go into the API settings and “resync from the beginning” - this will re-import any permanently deleted transactions whilst not interfering with current data.
