Problem syncing with Bitstamp

I have identical problem as previous posts, which didn’t seem to get resolved.

I copy & pasted my Bitstamp API key and secret key, however Koinly keeps saying “Access denied, check your API keys”.

I have tried deleting the API in Bitstamp and making a new one and copy/pasting the new keys into Koinly, but the result is the same. For user ID, I tried both by email and User ID. Secret key was activated. What’s the deal? I followed Koinly instructions.

This error is usually always down to invalid credentials or you not selecting the correct permissions. Did you follow the guide linked below?
