Bitstamp Not Syncing

I have copy & pasted my Bitstamp API key and secret key, however Koinly keeps saying “Access denied, check your API keys”.

I have tried deleting the API in Bitstamp and making a new one and copy/pasting the new keys into Koinly, but the result is the same.
