Phantom Wallets [522] error code: 522

Describe the problem:
Hello, I have been trying to synchronise my two Phantom wallets for days without success. The problem seems to occur again and again if you search here in the forum. I have [522] error code: 522 on both wallets When I try to import a CSV file I get the message “Please use API to import transactions from your Solana Wallet”

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
i tried auto-sync and import CSV

What have you tried to fix this so far?
tried to import for several day but the problem remains
