Solana Import Error Code 502

Describe the problem:
I am getting errors on importing Solana public address keys for two wallets. The system just gives Error Code 502 and no further information.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Solana: Phantom Wallet AND Solflare wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?
Public Address key (as advised by your site)

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Delete and try again, this time I set a beginning transaction date: same issue
Note: the import also provides an option to tick to receive an email when the import is complete - no email arrives, only the usual on-screen messages

Looks like this is an issue with Solscan API
