OKEX Api Import

I have configured the API for syncing my wallet from the OKEX exchange.
Since Nov 21. last year - Koinly advises that the calculated balances do not match the actual wallet balances…? Seeing as this data is fed automatically from the exchange why wouldnt the balances tally…???
Is this a fault with the API …?
