Nexo Autosync Setup

Describe the problem:
The Nexo autosync option does not take you to a page that sets this up.

The link takes me to the standard login page and then I’m landed on the main web page, it give me no options to set up any sort of sync.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
I have had to use the cav which is exported via thr transactions menu

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Different browsers, different devices, still the same result

Thanks for your mesage.

If going from Koinly → Nexo isn’t working, you can log in to Nexo and do it the other way.

Thank you for the link to the guide, I followed it and didn’t have the options it listed, so spoke with nexo support and they have added the option for me, and I have now been able to setup the wallet.
