NDAX won't synch - error [404]

Describe the problem:
I have added an NDAX exchange wallet, provided the API and the secret, however, the account will not synch with Koinly - I keep getting the [404] error.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
NDAX

How did you import data into this wallet?
API key

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried deleting the wallet and starting over incase I had made a mistake. I don’t know what else to do.

I’m also having the same problen. I have tried API and CVS without success with NDAX and Bitbuy.
This is the 2nd year that I’ve tried to get Koinly to work without success!

Forgot to include the info generated by Koinly:

Wallet: NDAX (NDAX)
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

  1. [404] NOT FOUND
  2. No transactions found

I had the same issue, but realized you need to use your NDAX “User ID” , NOT your username.

Your User ID is the numeric value

Maybe you are already trying this, but just letting you know in case it helps
