Describe the problem:
Loads of missing transactions & im tying myself up in knots. i dont dare delete anything until you tell me its best to do so, as i was tempted to just delete every a/c, exchange & coin/address i have so its blank & start from scratch. If you could help just to begin with help me solve the errors on the 2020-2021 tax year, that may help me solve all the other years.

Started with a free a/c & i think i used api’s but its a long time ago. I now have a paid a/c so decided to use file .csv’s instead
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I started to try koinly many years ago, but gave up in desperation due to all the errors. I now bought a paif for a/c so used the .csv files, but still have so many rrors its driving me mad. I have (i think) imported every .csv file i have going back to 2020, but each tax report complains of missing this that or the other. but im not technical so have no idea where to go to find the data its asking for.
I find koinly diffivcult as i want to see which exchanges i set up api’s for, but you dont make it easy to find this data. as i was going to try deleting all the .api & just using the .csv’s 1 by 1 to see if that solves the many errors I get.
