Missing KuCoin Transaction

Describe the problem:
I noticed my kucoin wallet does not show my true cost for some assets. Comparing koinly’s transaction history with a kucoin export, I can see there is a single missing transaction in koinly for this particular asset and it explains the cost difference.

Why is this transaction missing in koinly? Resyncing the wallet did not resolve this.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

I am also having an issue synching with KuCoin lately… Transactions missing, including Margin Loan transactions.

I also have the same issue, some spot trading transactions are missing. I wish API sync worked better, seems like manual is the way to go. But then again, some exchanges like Binance limit a csv export to only 3 months. Should be easy and simple, especially for something like tax reporting!
