I did a buy of 10,000 of a coin. It filled in two transactions. Koinly only downloaded the first part of it showing only have the coins when I did the automatic sync method?

What have you tried to fix this so far? NO I should have to, this is your software issue. What can I do by do a manual entry which makes no sense.
