Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
transactions sent from binance to ledger (unknown name) are showing properly.
I’ve got major cost issues on xrp because of this.

For Ledger you have two options to import your data and you should only choose one:
1- Create a wallet in Koinly, export your entire transaction history following the guide below and import it into that wallet:
https://koinly.io/integrations/ledger/
This way, there should only be one wallet for all networks on Ledger.
2- Instead of CSV, you can create one separate wallet for each blockchain you have interacted with on Ledger using your public keys/xpub keys.
This is the recommended method as it is generally more accurate.
