KuCoin (.CSV / XLSX) import, does not work

Describe the problem:
API import does not work properly, so I got a complete .XLSX Trade report from KuCoin. If i try to upload it on Koinly, it says “This file could not be imported automatically, follow the tips below to resolve this.”

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
KuCoin provided me with a full Report xlsx File

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to redownload, tried to rearrange the file myself. Did not work.

For my trade report the collums are:
user_id trade_id symbol order_type deal_price amount direction funds fee_currency fee created_at created_date

For the payment report the collums are:
id user_id coin_type type address wallet_tx_id vol fee created_at created_date

I just paid for a plan, this does not seem to work.

(I did not trade KuCoin Futures)

Anyone has a clue how to reformat these Reports for Koinly to read them?

Thank you, another thing i noticed (besides Spot trades via API) is that the .xlsx report i imported has a wrong timestamp :frowning: If tech support needs the report, I can happily provide it.

I did add a huge amount of trades now by myself manually.

is there an update on this? I signed up for koinly to compelte my taxes but the inability to export my kucoin futures csv or auto sync the data will lead me to look elsewhere if this isn’t resolved by the next tax season…

I’d like an answer as well.

Importing the CSV file tells me “transactions are missing purchase history”.

Looks like Koinly can’t handle the file very well.

Any updates on this? Having the same issue with the .xlsx file provided by Kucoin, the timestamps are not copied correctly when converting everything using the Kucoin CSV template. The Koinly account gets bugged with omitted duplicated transactions even after deleting and creating a new Kucoin wallet.

I found that editing the auto-sync settings and specifying a date (rather than beginning of time) seemed to work.
