after getting half of my document with the api key it says that it was denied even when i tried to put a new key it dit not work

the file did not work at all and the api key only worked with some of it?
tried texting support but so fare it seams like support is not a big thing on this site. seams like it over whelmed i dont mind to pay 200€ but i want it to work if i have to pay thay much ?
