Kraken API sync issue

I am based in Germany, and Kraken recently underwent some financial changes. Some asset rewards have undergone migration, and Koinly cannot recognise the new structure via the Kraken API sync.

I cannot manually fix this, as the new assets do not show up under transactions.

How do I proceed or how can we raise this as a ticket to Koinly?

We have already reported this to the devs on our feedback portal:

You can upvote the link above to receive automated notification emails when the status of the case changes.

As the workaround in the link above suggests, for now, you should enable “ignore reported balances” in the API settings.
