Koinly the right choice for UK 2021-22 tax year?

I agree there support has been poor recently, but at least the software still works for me.

I did just try a subscription with a different provider but gave up on that as the capitals gains calculation was completely incorrect for the UK so for the moment will stick with Koinly till something better turns up.

Replying to keep this thread in the eyeline! I agree the software is great, the support has been awol for some time now (months).

We are currently overwhelmed with support tickets but are doing our best to onboard new hires to assist with user queries. Support should get back to normal once the US tax season is over though.

i am new to Koinly and am also thinking of using this platform for tax calculation purposes…i wonder if we can do it ourselves as long as we have a record of income from staking/reward/loans and capital gains/losses…as long as we have these figures which i think even the free version is kind enough to provide us with…we can combine these figures with bank interest income, stock capital gains/losses and file our own self-assessment tax form no?
