I’ve been having constant issues with this app, I have one account that is stuck forever on “Updating Gains” which never completes, so I created another brand new account, linked ONE exchange (Coinbase) and again, it never syncs and just crashes constantly. This happens on any different computer I use, and it’s different email addresses affected. so the app is completely unusable to me.
Now the fun part, I’ve been logging requests on the “help” and over a week and none of them have even been read. This is an absolute joke. I was going to purchase a tax plan for this app but Koinly can forget ever seeing a dime from me for this nonsense.
