Cannot log into account

Describe the problem:
I cant log into my account. It just hangs there when I click login and does nothing.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
I want to log into koinly

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I’ve tried to clear my cache. Ive tried multiple browsers. Ive tried changing my password. I cannot access the website and I need to complete my taxes. I just have to tidy up some last bit of binance stuff.

There are no contact numbers, any support seems to take …within 12 hours? No live chats? Is there some other source of information or do I always have to hope for the best on reddit and forums?

We haven’t had any reports of login issues, can you try logging into the website on another device to see if that works, that way we’ll know if it’s your primary device or something on our end.

That’s correct, we currently don’t offer phone support/live chat but our current response times are under a day through our main support platform.
