Describe the problem:
Koinly I think has glitched on me! I added one of my wallet address’s and synced it with Koinly but this was an exchange address so it synced all 62k transactions from the blockchain! So I then deleted the address but my accounts stuck on 67k transactions now instead of the 7k transactions I have on my account! + any syncs now don’t go through unless I pay Koinly to keep syncing all the transactions!!
but then all those transactions from the exchange address aren’t showing in my wallets now?
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Tried to sync wallet but it won’t sync
Just to add I’ve tried to permanently delete some transactions to see if the total transactions goes down but it’s not not deleting any transactions now from the total also if I try and add a transaction it won’t add them on to the total!!
I’ve tried logging in and out but that’s not making much difference! I’m at a loss at what to do now
All sorted now just took a while to update my account
must have been a lag on it with all the transactions from that address

Glad to hear it got sorted!
It can unfortunately take a while sometimes for the syncing if you have a lot of transactions or the servers are under heavy load. If you notice that it’s happening consistently even with few transactions then please let us know at hello@koinly.io
