Koinly not always recognising ERD token

Hi,

I have just sent ERD from Coinspot to my Nano S wallet. The Sent transaction from Coinspot has a time 1 minute earlier than the Receipt in the Nano S.Both were AutoSynced. The two transactions were not being matched to create a Transfer.

In order to correct this, I imported a csv into a custom wallet called Matching which creates a matching transaction for each. This has resulted in the Coinspot transaction being matched but the Nano S still won’t match.

I now believe that the issue is not the time but that the Deposit into the Nano S is not being recognised as the same coin as the ERD icon is not displayed whereas it is on the other transactions.

How can I fix this?

Just letting you know that Koinly have updated the system and this issues is now solved.
