SOL Wallet sync missing transactions

Describe the problem:
My balances do not match. Had a look on Solscan and I found transactions on Solscan that weren’t in Koinly after syncing. Eg. One on May 14th wasn’t recorded, but a similar one May 18th was synced.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
SOL

How did you import data into this wallet?
Public Key Sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Resync
Delete wallet and re-add, sync and resync
