Koinly fails to sum multiple coin transfers sent in single transaction

Describe the problem:
I was sent 423 DOE twice in a single transaction as staking rewards: TX

So I should have 846 DOE as indicated by Etherscan

However, Koinly only added a single transaction with 423 DOE rather than summing the coins together.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried to manually add a second transaction with 423 DOE with the same TX#, but that is not supported by Koinly, so I soft-deleted the imported transaction (with 423 DOE) and manually added my own TX with 846 DOE.

This can happen sometimes unfortunately and it’s due to how the API is reporting transactions. We’re working on a better system for this so hopefully it won’t be a problem much longer!
