Actually not working on all sites. Worked a few days agao.

Same here for Metamask and Binance API wallet connections

Good to see Iā€™m not the only one. Worked fine just a few hours agoā€¦ Now I get the 407 error for any metamask wallets I add.

I am having the same issue on FTX and Binance. First time Koinly user hereā€¦ not the best first impression : (

Occurring with Binance, Fantom, MEXC, Solana, Cosmos, Secret Network, Gate.io, KuCoin.

I Have the same problem but with Coinjar, (407 Proxy Authentication Required (407)
it worked a few days ago but today will not Synced?

All of my wallets are failing with the 407 error, even after deleting all cookies and clearing cache. I can sign in to my wallets and do transactions. This is a Koinly issue, not a client side issue.

Edit: Koinly has acknowledged that there was an issue with their proxy servers that they believe they have resolved.

Seems fixed now. Was just able to sync

Edit: spoke too soon. It was starting to sync and failed again with 407 error

It doesnā€™t seem to be fixed on my side. I still have Binance and FTX APIs returning error 407.

For my, the error occured after I deleted some outdated APIs and reconnected them with new keys, as suggested by the Koinly ā€œWalletsā€ page.

Everything was running fine yesterday.

Still down for me too. Updating an outdated API could be the trigger for the errors - I updated a MEXC API earlier today on my end, but I donā€™t understand why this would impact all my wallets not just the MEXC one.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for putting out the first signals on this. Our cloud hosting provider was experiencing outages which were affecting API and CSV imports on Koinly and generally the system was slower than normal. This issue should be fixed now, and good to go!
