**Describe the problem:**Unable to get data to download for IOTA. Have tried both downloading transaction history files and using the public address with the IOTA exchange but neither option seems to work

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? IOTA / Firefly

**How did you import data into this wallet?**Using Firefly I was able to download a transactions history file for both the wallets I have on Firefly (Firefly and Ledger Walllets)

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**In the past when I tried importing these files to Koinly it came back and said that the files (csv) were not recognised, more recently the loading process seems to run but then comes back to say no data was downloaded but x number of lines were skipped.

Our team has recently competed the CSV mapper to import files into Koinly. :raised_hands:

Would you mind downloading IOTA/Firefly CSVs again to import into your wallet? If there is any issue at all, please do contact our support team, so that we can make the necessary changes.
