I have not received any tax reports from Koinly no matter how many times I have requested it, specifically my IRS Report( 8949 & Schedule D) and in addition my TurboTax Online report.
have been using mac and chrome browser I had a problem opening the tax report link after koinly sent it to my email. I didn’t have problems before but all of a sudden I do.
my son told me toI copied the link paste to safari diff browser and everything was ok

Thank you for your patience with us. We’ve changed our system recently, so this shouldn’t happen anymore.
The reports will be available to download directly in the platform now rather than having them sent via email.
If anyone is still have problems, then it’s best if you try a different browser, or please reach out to us here.
