How to link 2 transactions ? (IDO purchase versus sale of the token)

Describe the problem:
When I sell a token which I purchase on IDO (such as PinkSale), Koinly is showing a complete gain according of the sale of the token, without taking into account the cost of my contribution to the IDO (such as PinkSale).

Exemple :
If I contribute 2BNB to pinksale, 2BNB is sent to a address for the IDO contribution.
From the same address, I will receive the Token Airdrop at 0 value.
When I sell the tokens … my capital Gain is exactly the value of the sale not taking into account the cost of the 2BNB contribution on Pinksale (as the example above).

Could Koinly recognized the address (to - From) automatically and link those transactions ?

Searching manually all IDO is very time consuming … and not sure how to process it.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Nothing … I do not know how to manage this !
Manually is much too long with hundreds of IDO contributions tk

Unfortunately this is not something we can track currently, and it’s a quite complicated scenario to set up for it to be handled automatically, but we’re looking into it!

For now the best I can advise is to follow the instructions here:

It will take some manual effort I’m afraid.

Thank you for your answer, appreciated and understand.
Since I have many transactions on Pinksale and few are scam at the end … I do not want to sell the token I received because I am afraid they drain my wallet … it happen for 3 coins for me … and I know other got scam like this.

  1. Yes, I can put the value of ICO purchase to the Airdrop, as mentionned in the “How do I enter ICO Transactions”
  2. but since I cannot sell the airdrop scam token (now even poocoin has RED Trade button to stop the sell of the token … how can I declare easily a LOST of the token without selling it ?

I have hundreds of ICO (Pinksale and other) so I need to find an easy way to reduce my capital gain (much too high) … with the declaration of Losses from ICO.
