The Koinly “Capital Gains” feature calculates my withdrawals as sells. But I didn’t sell the coins, I still hold them, just in a different place.

I can’t do anything. Koinly is supposed to calculate this.

A withdrawal (Send transaction) is treated by default as a sale at market price in Koinly — you can read more in this article.
If you transferred your tokens to another wallet you own, you should add that wallet to Koinly and import its data. Koinly will then automatically match the Send from wallet A with the Deposit in wallet B and treat it as a tax-free transfer. This is explained further in this article.
