How to change cost basis

I have dozens of missing purchase history errors in my transactions.
The COST BASIS is 0.00.
How do I edit this error???

This is for CB, CBPro and Metamask

I continue to get this problem with both API and CSV imports.

I have tried everything.

I don’t have enough info to understand why you are getting a missing purchase history and consequent zero cost base on your imported transactions. There could be a number of different reasons. I am getting a missing purchase history/zero cost base when I transfer NFTs from one Ledger wallet to another. Koinly is not able to track the NFT purchase history after a Ledger wallet transfer. This doesn’t seem to happen with NFT transfers from a MetaMask wallet to a Ledger wallet.

Here is the fix that I am using in this case. You can set or change the value assigned to an acquired token by selecting Edit for the specific transaction where the token was acquired and then changing the “worth” value underneath the Received token in the Edit Transaction screen.
