Help! Can't sync to kraken!

Describe the problem:
I can’t seem to sync to kraken :frowning:
here:

Wallet: Kraken (Kraken)
Transactions: 19
Imported with: API

  1. EGeneral:Permission denied
  2. No airdrops/forks found
  3. No crypto withdrawals found
  4. No trades found
  5. API does not allow access to: Rollover margin fees
    ---- Margin trades If you have an old account with lots of margin trades, you should disable the historical-data option on API and import your ledgers.csv file
    ---- Purchases made via Krakens buy/sell page are not imported via API - use ledgers.csv file instead

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
i made an API key. i followed the direction of the instuctional video very carefully…it was easy so i don’t think i messed up…

What have you tried to fix this so far?
no idea what to do
