Describe the problem:
Koinly only imports HBAR (native token) and transactions about token association, it does not appear to import any token transfer transaction nor token balance. This is causing issues with API reported balance being lower than what Koinly thinks it should be.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Via API, there is no Hedera explorer which supports exporting to csv.
