Describe the problem:
When I attempt to Sync my Hashpack wallet I do not obtain any data on transactions before August 17th, 2024
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Auto Sync. I also tried to build a CSV but that did not work. I pay for Koinly because of the Auto Sync which it states that it does with Hashpack, I have tested on other cryptotax software and it imports fine.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have deleted and recreated my wallet. I have also followed all the trouble shooting steps.
