Describe the problem:
Gateio CSV file is a MESS. Their UTC times are off, their CSV file contains negative numbers that Koinly does NOT properly accept. When uploading or syncing Gateio, everything shows as a SELL with no deposit entry, no withdraw entry, and no properly buy history. Koinly is NOT properly putting in the right entries.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I first SYNC the wallet, which is NOT properly syncing with the correct timeframes or the correct transaction. Then I import data using Gateio Bill History and all the transaction are improper entries, everything is entered as a sell transaction with no buys, causing wrong capital gains.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve tried un-syncing Gateio wallet and use their trade history instead and it still does not work. Their CSV file contain negative numbers. I’ve tried uploading the Bill History, it does not work. I’ve tried syncing the API, but ALL the transaction are WRONG and MISSING.
