Describe the problem:
When using Gate_io API keys (i.e., read access API for all domains), Koinly does not recognize that deposits with zero confirmations are null. Thus, your balance may be overstated.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Gate_io - USDT (at least for me)

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Solution - In Gate_io download all CSV files and check the transactions that have no ‘Txid’ and/or 0/0 ‘Required Confirms/Confirm.’ Once you identify that the transaction was not executed, consider doing a “soft delete.”
