Gate.io CORE not properly imported

Describe the problem:
The gate.io API import detects that I bought CORE (Coreum) but no icon is shown and there is also no icon plus the coin doesn’t appear on my Dashboard. This also means that it’s not included in the calculation of the portfolios entire worth.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
API import

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Evading the problem would be manually adding these entries and removing the faulty automatic API ones but I don’t want to interfer like that with the automatic import and mess anything up.

Can you try this;

  • Permanently delete this transaction
  • Resync your wallet from the beginning

thanks for the quick reply but unfortunately this didn’t work. Tried it several times but to no avail…
