Describe the problem:
Gate.io transaction history upload to a new wallet, is not recognising WAS coin. The coin and accurate account balance is therefore not showing on Koinly dashboard

How did you import data into this wallet?
Via file import - following the instructions on Koinly website
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have made multiple attempts to delete and redownload data file and even tried API keys however nothing can seem to read the WAS coin
